Unpaid work schemes ruled lawful. What pay without work relate to

Unpaid work  results as slave labour.
"Pay without work" what does it that relate to ?

I agree that unpaid work results for slave labour.

But then what are we doing with the benefit system for the people who can work, who are fit and just want to stay in the benefit system.

"Pay without work" what message are we giving to the people who work.

What culture are we trying to build ?

To be honest I like what Borris Johnson said "Kids in this country are seeing that there is a direct correlation between effort and achievement, and the more you put in, the more you get out. That is a wonderful, conservative lesson about life."

What a contradiction, what kind of British culture we are trying to develop

Prisoners should be paid & People in Benefit should be given volunatary service

This blog I am only trying to express my opinion.
In no opinion it is trying to biass people.

I just came across this video on BBC website if Prisoners should be paid for their work.
To be honest there was a while that I was thinking of writing to the British Prime Minister David Cameron and definitely not thinking that I will get a reply back.

I feel really annoyed to see people who can't get work when they really want to work.
And people who do not try for work and do not have any plan to go into work.

Sometimes I feel does it worth working / will it help to stay in the benefit system. What should the benfit system really do. Do they create a culture of not doing anything. Does it really want to help people to come back to the working system.

To be honest as a tax payer I want to get better for my money. I want to be part of the culture where many people pay their taxes and there is work for all and people are more interested in working rather than claiming benefits. Yes it benefits me as a tax payer and yes it also benefits the person who will be going into work.

The attitude and the culture developed in Britain should be it is okay to work and then there is nothings as free food in this world.

I am sure many eyes will be on me when I say this statement "There is no free food in this world".
I feel there is no free food and let me back this with a example in our daily life. To create bunch of vegetable's to eat I really need to have the right atmosphere for make them grow. Right protection from the snails and the slugs. Organic compost so that no chemicals enter the food chain. If you see there is so much effort required to do so. But when it comes to weed, it just grows, but we do not eat them.
Normal analogy what I learnt from nature is we need to make an effort for feed ourselves.

There has to be a purpose for one's life and it should be part of the government to build a happy culture of adding value to the society and being happy.

I am sure that there are people for whom we need to help as a society. But the help needs to be to help them to fish and not give them fish.
We need to help a person to fish and we are helping him to feed his family.  The assistance should be to help them become self reliant.

But I am really convinced with the fact that a person who works should be paid to create value and that applies to every person in the world and it is true to Prisoners too. Prisoners should also be paid for their work. It is really important to value their work even if it is in prison and then they are serving life sentence.
But that does not mean the money should be given to the prisoners. A prisoners service should be paid to the victim and let the prisoner know his work is serving the victim.

So on that note I have a strong opinion that people on benefit should also be given compulsory service to serve the community. It is really important for them to feel that they are doing a bit for the society and feel their worth and value they add to the society.

I think they will feel by serving the community they will feel the sense of pride and a sense of positiveness.

I think positiveness is very important.

Networking Traps to Avoid

  • The biased leader. Don't solely rely on advisers who are similar to you. They only reinforce your biases. Look for people who have different backgrounds or values and will encourage you to make more informed decisions.
  • The superficial networker. A common networking mistake is to engage in surface-level interaction with as many people as possible. A bigger network is not a better one. Be sure your relationships have depth.
  • The chameleon. Don't change your interests, values, and personality to match those of whomever you're talking to. You'll end up more disconnected than when you started. Be true to who you are.

Everything we build should perish back into nature

If we want to live in harmony with nature. We should build and use things which lives in harmony with nature and can go back to nature as well.

Corruption is a good thing for General category people in India

This blog only represents my thoughts and my opinions on what is the main issue in India and then analysis on why corruption in India is the only hope for General category people in India.
I am sure people would like to argue on what I am trying to write. If you do not agree with my opinion it is perfectly fine and I would really appreciate if you do not email me on your opinion.

Furthermore the objective of the blog is also not to give an opinion if corruption is good/ bad. Corruption is bad, but for whom and which people will be the most affected is the main issue.

Corruption is a form of unofficial reservation available to people in India who can want to work hard and understand the value of it.
A short story about what happened in my real life.
There were 2 friends in college both happy just getting the minimum grades. Both do struggle. But after higher secondary school person A gets enrolled in the top medical school and the second person gets enrolled in graduate school. Though all people would like to get enrolled in a top school and if it is without working hard it is far better too.
Both people are busy in their daily life and are not in touch for a while.
One fine day person B has health issue's and he gets enrolled and then he gets surprised seing person A after many years. But moreover surprised because his friend in school is the doctor's assistance.
First reaction "What the heck" is it that easy to get into top medical school.

Till that day there was no clue whatsoever if the friend had extra benefit's given by the government. Don't you think it is true that reservation is the only criteria which discriminates people.
If government gives an opportunity in terms of reservation to people to grow in life and get further education. I suppose government also should keep doors open for non reservation people who want to grow in life an option to pay for the opportunity.
